Originating from ancient China, the art of block printing became a signature embellishment for the Indian Subcontinent. Each emerging with its own pattern vacabulories, the regions of Gujrat, Sindh and Rajasthan became famous centres of this vibrant labour of love and passion.

With a passion for crafts as one of the primary elements of our ethos, we at The PinkTree Company incorporate crafts in our collections as frequently as possible, focusing on design intervention and community empowerment.
Rangeen Chhaap is The PinkTree Company's homage to this beautiful ancient tradition. Working with a community of block printers in Hala, Sindh, we have attempted to create a dazzling festive collection for occasions ranging from Eid to summer weddings.

The heady blend of geometric, floral, foliage motifs create visual poetry of lyrical patterns with flow and vibrancy as accents.
