Exchange Return & Refund Policy

Exchange & Return

1. Exchange or return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of outfit via email or WhatsApp. No exchange or return request will be accepted for consideration after expiry of 7 days.

2. Since all outfits are made to order, exchange or return request based on change of mind will not entertained.

3. An exchange or refund request will only be applicable if the item shipped is damaged, defective or incomplete or incorrect (wrong item, completely different color, size than that mentioned on the website) provided that the outfit must be unworn, unwashed and or unaltered, with the tags intact.

4. Exchange can be made subject to conditions mentioned above with an item of equal or higher value.

 

Modification & Cancellation

5. No request for order modification either in the form or addition or deletion of an item to an order or any change(s) to the outfit (size, color etc) will be accepted after 7 days of order acceptance and confirmation.

6. An order may only be cancelled before payment and order acceptance or in the event of an unacceptable delay in the delivery of an order other than delay on account of circumstances beyond Company’s control.

 

Refund

7. Subject to the conditions as stated above, the amount of refund will be based on the Company’s assessment of the circumstances and condition of the outfit(s) being returned
