Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from The PinkTree Company Pvt. Ltd through the www.pinktreecompany.com. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean The PinkTree Company Pvt. Ltd. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy, Order Changes and Cancellations Policy, and Privacy Policy provide further information relevant to your order. Shopify supplies our store platform; your purchase is from the seller identified on your order, not from Shopify.

Placing an Order

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and review the product description and selected options. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or shop with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Do not use the site fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that disrupts its security or operation.

An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not, by itself, confirm availability or acceptance of a custom request. Acceptance is confirmed when we expressly confirm your order or dispatch it. If we cannot accept an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and refund the amount due.

Products and Craftsmanship

Read each product’s component list, size information, fabric details, care instructions and preparation timeframe. Product photography may include styling pieces that are not part of the purchase; the product description states what is included. If anything is unclear, please contact us before purchasing. Minor variations may occur in handcrafted work and on-screen colour, but an item must still match its agreed description. Defective or materially misdescribed goods are handled under our Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Prices, Payments and Currency

The final payable amount, shipping charge, any taxes collected by us and the payment currency are displayed at checkout. Currency conversions shown while browsing may differ from the final checkout amount. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or cross-border fee. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately under our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Use a payment method available at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not offered. For orders arranged directly with our team, follow only payment instructions verified through our published contact channels. Never share a banking password, PIN or one-time security code with us. Any payment-verification request must be proportionate to the order and handled securely.

Order Issues and Changes

Changes, cancellations, dispatch, exchanges and refunds follow the corresponding policies and any mandatory rights that apply. We will contact you about a material price or product error before proceeding; we will not make an unapproved substitution or increase the agreed price without your consent. Later policy changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.

Content and External Services

The site’s original brand content and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property rights belonging to us or our licensors. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping, but you may not commercially reproduce protected material without permission or another lawful basis. Links to external websites do not mean that we endorse or control their content.

Responsibility and Complaints

We will exercise reasonable care in providing our service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits a mandatory consumer right, or prevents you from raising a legitimate payment dispute. Please contact us first if there is a problem so we can investigate and offer a resolution.

Applicable mandatory consumer laws continue to apply to your purchase. These terms must be read subject to those protections. The terms may be updated for future orders, and any legally required notice will be provided.
